Partial or aggregated customer data may be shared with trusted third parties for marketing or fraud prevention purposes for Ripple Web. The IP address is the numeric network address of your computer and cookies are browser variables used to store session information that a user types in. Such information will be used by Ripple Web for the sole purpose of tracking internet visitors to generate sales/marketing statistics and to facilitate ease of future logins for the client.
The Acceptable Use Policy specifically prohibits the use of our service for illegal activities. Therefore, as a Ripple Web customer, you agree that the Company may disclose any and all your information gathered by Ripple Web, including assigned IP addresses, account history, account use, etc. to any law enforcement agency that has a court ordered supoena and the correct jurisdiction without further consent or notification to you, the customer.
